Larry was a good friend of mine. I enjoyed many memorable times with Larry and his family and I was deeply saddened to learn of his passing. He died on Oct. 5, 1994 if one of the site moderators wants to add that information.

Sorry to hear about his passing.  He was also a friend of mine in highschool.

I remember he was extremely tall and had curly hair.  Think I went to a party at his parent's house one time before we were all out of highschool.

If I'm not mistaken, that house was a real big 2-story house in Braeburn Glen, a subdivision real close to Westwood Mall.

That was all a very long time ago.

I remember serving with Larry on a jury in criminal district court in 1976, the summer after my first year of law school.

Kenneth, your memory is spot on. He was a cool dude. He and I once picked up a double bass at H & H Music  and delivered it to Jones Hall, where we were allowed to stay backstage and watch the Smothers Brothers do their thing with special guest Pat Paulsen. I also remember that he was a regular in my beer drinking circle, but he always drank wine, lol.
