One of Larry's friends, Bill Cole, informed us about Larry's passing. 

Larry was born in 1949, as many of us were, and passed away at the age of 67, of congestive heart failure. He and his wife, Fran, lived in Houston.  Fran Sanders, director of Public Poetry, http://www.publicpoetry.net/

Larry went to Stephen F Austin and was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He studied petroleum land management at the University of Texas and was a oil and gas landman. Larry was a good man who loved life and children.
