Beverly's daughter, Dina Mavridis, emailed to tell me that Beverly passed away this past Monday, February 19, 2024. She had been diagnosed with lung cancer in December, 2023. More details will be forthcoming and I will update everyone.
I'd known Beverly since kindergarten days at Grady. She was a true friend with a great sense of humor and a big heart.

When I lived on Chimney Rock the children in my area were always together including Beverly. So many wonderful times. Lots of Christmas tree forts, baseball games and visits from an ice cream truck. May she rest in peace.
